Mr. Zepnick started working for the firm in 2017, and is admitted to the New York State Bar. He graduated from Gettysburg College in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. There, Mr. Zepnick discovered his passion for the legal profession while taking courses in Constitutional and criminal law, while developing his civil trial advocacy skills with the school’s mock trial team.
Mr. Zepnick graduated from St. John’s University School of Law in 2016. While at St. John’s, Mr. Zepnick was heavily engaged in the public interest sector. During his internships with New York and Kings County District Attorneys’ Offices, he served as an advocate for the victims of sex crimes. During his last year of law school, Mr. Zepnick worked for Brooklyn Defender Services during his Criminal Defense Clinic, where he helped represent those charged with misdemeanor crimes. He also honed his trial and courtroom advocacy skills through the Polestino Trial Advocacy Institute and under the guidance of Judge Joseph F. Bianco, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of New York.
