Mr. Ludwig has primarily worked on personal injury, labor law and commercial litigation actions. Mr. Ludwig has shown the ability to use his comprehensive legal knowledge, strategic acumen, and relentless commitment to drive successful decisions throughout his cases.
Mr. Ludwig has extensive experience representing clients in personal injury cases, including trip and fall, slip and fall, motor vehicle accidents and other general negligence complaints. Mr. Ludwig’s meticulous approach to investigating accident scenes, gathering evidence, and understanding the negotiation process with insurance companies brings about favorable outcomes for his clients. In labor law, Mr. Ludwig has a proven track record handling cases under Labor Law Sections 200 and 240, which address workplace safety and construction site accidents. Mr. Ludwig has effectively represented both employees and employers, advocating for fair practices and resolving disputes related to workplace accidents and safety regulations.
Mr. Ludwig is admitting to the bar in New York and graduated from the Jacob D. Fuschsberg Law Center and joined the firm in 2024.
