Patrick Downey joined Grandelli & Eskenasi having spent several years as an attorney for insurance companies and their insureds. He focused his practice on premises liability, construction site accident, and environmental/toxic tort claims. He has extensive experience writing complex procedural and substantive motions and appeals, as well as engaging in exhaustive discovery and case evaluation. Additionally, Patrick has defended and conducted hundreds of depositions, and has advocated for his clients at judicial conferences throughout New York City and across New York State.
