Mr. Wagner began working as an associate at the firm in 2016. He has experience litigating personal injury cases involving construction accidents, slip and fall accidents, motor vehicle accidents, municipal liability, and premises liability. He also has experience in litigating civil rights cases. He has personally conducted a multitude of trials in New York City and argued before the New York State Appellate Division.

Previously, Mr. Wagner was a trial lawyer at the law firm of Burns & Harris, Esqs., in New York City.

Mr. Wagner is admitted to the bar in New York. He graduated magna cum laude from Boston College in 2009 with a B.A. in History. He was the president of the Boston College chapter of the Phi Alpha Theta History Honors Society. Additionally, he graduated on the Dean’s List First Honors and with History Departmental Honors. After graduating from Boston College, he studied Mandarin Chinese on a full academic scholarship at Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China. He then worked as the research director on the 2010 election campaign of a United States congressman.

He graduated from Duke University School of Law in 2014. At Duke, he was a staff editor of the Duke Law and Technology Review, the president of the American Civil Liberties Union at Duke Law, and a Dean’s Cup Moot Court Competition semi-finalist.

Mr. Wagner had legal internships at the United States Attorney’s Office, the Office of the Attorney General of the State of New York, the New York State Division of Human Rights, and the Wake County Public Defender’s Office.
